Brainite is made by Muhammad Subhan, an independent developer. Brainite has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
Your setup answers (name, goals, topics, reminder time) and your learning progress are stored only on your iPhone. I never receive them. You can delete them in Settings > Erase all progress, or by deleting the app.
If you turn on the app blocker, Brainite uses Apple's Screen Time framework. Apple gives Brainite anonymous tokens for the apps you pick. Brainite cannot see which apps they are or how you use them. The tokens stay on your device and are never shared. You can turn the blocker off in Profile > Doomscroll blocker.
Reminders are scheduled on your device. No notification data is sent anywhere.
Apple handles all payments. I never see your payment details.
Brainite uses RevenueCat to check your subscription. RevenueCat receives an anonymous ID, your Brainite purchase history and basic device information. This is used only to unlock Brainite Pro and restore purchases. See https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
Brainite downloads lesson updates and bug fixes from Expo (EAS Update). To get the right update, the app sends Expo its app version, its platform (iOS) and a random installation ID created by the update system. This ID is not linked to your name, email or Apple ID. See https://expo.dev/privacy.
RevenueCat and Expo process this data only to provide their service to Brainite. They are required to protect it at least as well as this policy does. Brainite does not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Data on your device stays until you erase it or delete the app. RevenueCat keeps purchase records for as long as needed to manage your subscription and meet legal and tax duties.
Brainite is not directed at children under 13.
