These Terms are between you and Muhammad Subhan ("I", "me"), the developer of Brainite. By using Brainite you agree to them.

1. Licence

You may use Brainite on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the Apple Media Services Terms. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content.

2. Brainite Pro subscription

• Monthly and yearly plans. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple.

3. App blocker

The blocker is optional and you can turn it off at any time. It works only with an active subscription. It depends on Apple's Screen Time and may not always work, so do not rely on it for anything important.

4. Content

Lessons are for general education only. They are not medical, financial or legal advice.

5. No warranty

Brainite is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect damages, and my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Brainite in the last 12 months.

6. Apple

• These Terms are between you and me, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Brainite or its support.
• If Brainite fails to meet a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
